Abstract Adam Smith's theory of comparative advantage which takes deepening the division of labor as the main channel has dynamic and endogenous characteristics . The theory can be turned into real comparative advantage and the entrepreneur is the key conversion principal . The study finds that the important tie between the enhancement of comparative advantage and the entrepreneur's human capital development is the effective expansion of market size ,i .e . The improved performance of the entrepreneur's″learning-by-doing″and the resulting endogenous development of the entrepreneur's human capital play a key role in market expansion and comparative advantage enhancement . Assessing the depth of labor division and the enhancement of comparative advantage on the basis of changes of market size may lead to a breakthrough in the quantitative analysis of the entrepreneur's human capital development and the dynamic comparative advantage enhancement . By Nelson-Phelps and Lucas human capital mechanisms ,the entrepreneur's human capital is includedin the framework of two different types of production function analysis . In this way ,the impact of entrepreneur's human capital development on the comparative advantage enhancement can be examined by constructing the stochastic frontier production function model and C-D production function model . Relevant research indicates that the fortune indicators of stock properties are not only better than the income indicators of flow properties ,but also better reflect the promoting function of entrepreneur's human capital development in market expansion . The study of typical provinces with different development paths also shows that the performance differences in entrepreneurs'″learning-by-doing″are an important foundation for the heterogeneity of entrepreneur's human capital and an effective approach to its further development . The performance of″d oing″may affect the effect of ″learning″a nd further affect the extent of entrepreneur's human capital development . Therefore ,the performance of″learning-by-doing″may have an important impact on human capital development and may be constrained by time ,space and personal endowment ,etc .Chinais in the course of transition and development ,so the constraints of the time dimension are mainly reflected in the process of market-oriented institutional change and the constraints of the spatial dimension are mainly reflected in the performance differences of″learning-by-doing″in the typical provinces due to location factors . With the expansion of market size ,the performance of ″learning-by-doing″can be improved and the entrepreneur's human capital can be developed . The positive interaction between the two is the key to the enhancement of China's comparative advantage . Therefore ,deepening the market-oriented reform and perfecting entrepreneur's human capital incentives can effectively″demonstrate ,″″activate″ and″develop″ the entrepreneurship . Furthermore ,lowering market access barriers can boost entrepreneurs' pioneering spirit and sustainably improve their initiative and capacity .
