Abstract：A publisher is the choice of history, the inheritor of the human civilizations, the recorder of contemporary events and traditions. He will pass on existing civilizations, sciences, truths and knowledge. He promotes broad-mindedness for the progress of the world, the passion for the prosperity of his country, the social progress, national strength, the happiness of the people, and the spiritual growth of younger generations. He has a passionate love of his country and nation, the respect of life, and the pursuit of science and truths. To be a publisher of broad-mindedness and love requires a life-long practice in one’s publishing career for political qualities, strong determination, and accumulation of knowledge, professional ability and integrity.
